Horse Stable Bookings – Gilgandra Show Society

Use the booking form and instructions below for horse stable accommodation at the annual Gilgandra Show. For use of stables at other times, contact the Showground Land Manager – 0429 479 228 or 0447 472 412. Camping at Gilgandra Showground is only permitted when travelling with horses or livestock. Fees apply.

How to Book

Use the form at left to make your booking
Make payment to Gilgandra Show Society Inc. (Bendigo Bank: BSB 633 000 A/c No: 152432613)
Use “Stables – Your Name” as the reference
Payment must be made by direct deposit when submitting your application. No payment, no stall
Stabling fee is $10.00 per horse per day (or part thereof)
Camping fee is $10.00 per night

Terms and Conditions

Allocations are made on a first-in basis.
Applications close when stables are full.
Please present to show office upon arrival at the Showground.
No electric fences or tape to be used.
Gilgandra Show Society Inc. does not accept any responsibility for any damage or injury caused by Stallions whilst in attendance at the Show.
Show admission tickets must be purchased prior to entry to Gilgandra Showground.
