Membership Renewal

Existing Members will receive their renewal letter when subscriptions are being processed. Memberships can be paid for in two ways – through 123tix, or by direct credit/bank deposit (Legacy Methods). We encourage you to renew via 123tix as legacy methods will be retired in the coming years. Please see renewal process details below for each method:

123tix Online: This is our preferred option.

Easy, secure and instant. Click on the image above.

You will also receive your Show admission tickets by email at the time of membership renewal.

Go to: 123tix – Gilgandra Show

Go to the Membership Renewal section, and click on “Unlock” to gain access to Members tickets.

You will be asked to enter the Members Access Code which is shown on your letter.

You will then be able to select a Single, Double or Family Subscription. When a Family Subscription is selected, up to 4 free Member’s Child Show tickets can be added to your order. Child tickets are not available with Single or Double Subscriptions. Family Subscriptions comprising a single-parent with children should enter the sole parent’s name on both member tickets.

You can also add public tickets to your order for family and friends.

Show admission tickets will be emailed directly to you from 123tix.

That’s it! Nothing more to do, except to enjoy the Show!

Thank you for renewing your membership.
