New members are always welcome. Membership is open to any person aged 16 years and over, living in the Gilgandra Local Government Area, and willing to participate in the annual Show. Application enquiries can be made using the form on this page. (Fields with an asterisk * require a response).

Please list any relevant skills (e.g. administrative, agricultural & livestock, organisational, labouring, etc) which you can offer in the planning and operation of the annual Show.

Once processed, applicants will be contacted by a committee member, and invoiced for the membership subscription fee.

Gilgandra Show Society Inc. reserves the right to decline any membership application without notice.

Membership is required of all Show volunteers for insurance purposes.

Our annual membership fee is $10.00 for everyone 16 years of age and older and includes one complimentary Show admission ticket for that member, valid for both days of the Show. A double-subscription is available for $20.00 for couples NOT requiring Children’s tickets.

For Members actively participating in the Show, a family subscription is available for $25.00, which includes membership for up to two adults, complimentary Show tickets for those member(s), and Show admission tickets for up to 4 of their children aged under 18 (conditions apply).
