Gate Admission: $20.00 – Limited tickets will be sold at the Show gates. Show patrons are advised to pre-purchase online to avoid disappointment.

Children aged under 5: Free with paying adult.

Friday 19th April (Setup & Pavilions)
7:30am: Gates open
8:30am: Pavilions open to receive entries. Pavilion judging commences.

Saturday 20th April (Main Day)
7:30am: Gates open
8:00am: Miniature horse ring commences
8:30am: Pavilions open, Showjumping commences
9:00am: Main horse ring events commence
9:30am: Cattle, Sheep and Poultry judging
10:00am: Woodchop Demonstration, Modified Pushbike Competition, Berkley Supertank Shows and Jurassic Jack commence
11:00am: Tiny Tots Competition near Secretary’s office
12 noon: Main Arena – Official Show Opening, Gilgandra Show Young Woman Award winner announced, Awards presentation
2:00pm: Lawn Mower Racing Finals
3:00pm: Farmers Challenge
4:45pm: Outback Thunda Monster Truck & Jet Van Show
On Dark: Ahrens Fireworks Extravaganza

• All patrons, members, exhibitors, judges and guests must scan ticket at main gate.
• Alcohol or glass is NOT permitted to be brought onto the grounds.
• Motorised scooters, E-scooters, hoverboards or electric skateboards are not allowed on the Showground.
• Pet dogs are NOT allowed on the Showground reserve. No dogs permitted inside the Poultry pavilion at any time.
• Junior competitors under the age of 18 years are the direct responsibility of their parent or guardian.
• All competitors must sign waivers where required.
• If you have cold or flu like symptoms please do not attend the Show.
• By entering the Showground you agree to abide by current NSW Health Orders and Government regulations.
• Gilgandra Show Society reserves the right to alter or cancel any event without prior notice.
